How To Start A Blog Post & Make A Dollar From Your Headline
What are the most important factors for building traffic on any website? Let me explain! Here is the list:
Your Website, Blog or Site. How well does your content attract readers? Is it really unique and appealing to people who may not visit your site often? Are your services popular among visitors? How much competition exists? Where will your blog rank relative to other sites? What topics do people search for? Do people find your website useful? Which pages and posts are popular?
There are two types of blogs—free and paid. The first type is a blog with little or no marketing, but it gets lots of views. Paid blogs get millions of organic visitors weekly—even if their monetization doesn't exceed 30 cents per word! That is why many bloggers start with free blogs. As soon as they become successful, they switch to paid blogging. The second type is a blog that receives thousands of views each day. For example, you may discover a new celebrity, a book review site, a magazine article, a product review site, a movie review site, etc.
As a blogger, you're looking to make sales, build subscribers, grow earnings, and make money in general. There are only a small percentage of bloggers who earn any income from their blogs. As an aspiring entrepreneur just like myself, I've learned how to monetize my websites. In this post, we'll be discussing how to start a profitable blog—without having to pay anything upfront.
How To Build Traffic On Your Blog
The easiest way to begin creating traffic is to make sure you're promoting a relevant topic on your blog. When you're promoting a relevant topic it works better than advertising anything else. If someone searches for something, the first place they turn is Google. This is because Google is the world's primary source of information. Therefore the easier your page is to read, the more likely they'll click on it. You may hear that you should write great headlines and titles. But don’t give up because there are some easy ways. We'll show you how.
It doesn't matter if you're starting a restaurant blog, health blog or business blog. All you need is this to keep you busy. Write and submit articles, videos, podcasts. Whatever your niche is, you can be as descriptive as possible. Keep some flexibility when describing things. Use some keywords. Choose words wisely. Add images and links when necessary.
When doing so, focus all your effort on writing. Be very specific when talking about yourself, your business and the products you sell. People love reading detailed descriptions. They prefer to see how and when you did that work and what methods you used. It shows respect and honesty. Give it some personality. Share the pain, as well as the success. Take the time and research that people need before they decide whether or not they like what you write. Follow SEO best practices, including using meta tags. Don't forget to check out Google Analytics if you have them.
>Make Money From Advertisements
We'll discuss ad networks later in this blog. However, I wanted to emphasize the importance of advertisements on your website. First, make sure that you know what kind of ads to use. Then make sure you understand the difference between Google Adwords and Bing Ads. If you don't know what these terms mean, let me help. These ads appear in the upper-right corner of a webpage when a web browser tries to load an advertisement. You will also see them if you click on a link or pop-up. Search engines have algorithms that try to optimize these ads throughout the site. Many people don't realize these ads exist until they've seen their last page.
Google Adwords – Google, Inc. – Google
Bing Ads – Facebook, Inc. – Facebook
LinkedIn – LinkedIn Corporation (L)
Youtube – YouTube, Inc. – YouTube
Instagram – Instagram, Inc. – Instagram
Twitter – Twitter, Inc. – Twitter
YouTube + Advertisers = Google Plus
YouTube Ads are something they call Video Ads. Now that you know where you'll be posting video ads in your article will be pretty straightforward. Remember that Google likes videos that are less than 60 seconds, which is longer than its other search engines. So a good idea is to make sure you add something a bit shorter than 60 seconds. Or make up the length later once you go through a few articles that you're already published that you've done a lot of videos on. YouTube has a large ad network. Just tell them about yourself and ask for help finding advertisers. Tell them if you'd like to run a contest for cash prizes and they'll offer their services to get your video up!
Add Links to Other Pages
You never make money without linking, right? Linking is essential to any web page. Each person who reads your text will be asking Google to find your article in their results. It is not enough to have a blog, right? You should try to make links to at least three separate pages. The reason is Google always prefers links to text links. So adding other websites in the text is advantageous to both parties. More links lead to more views and more clicks. Think of it this way; Google would rather look at one piece of writing than five pages.
And here’s another thing that makes Google happy:
You want to give your text at least 10 links at one time to provide an extra boost to the original link. No. 1 is the “link juice,” and No. 2 is the “link juice,” and No. 3 is the same for No. 4, but No. 5 is the link juice, and so forth, in that order.
If your article is more than 2000 words, then you can use it on its own pages. Most people are able to handle 1000 words to 2000 words so let's say you have a text that takes up over 2000 words. Try to add around 10 to 1500 words of links in that text. Every time it takes up the space in the original article, you've got more than one more click. Adding more links to your text is like playing football against Google.
There are many sites that offer tools that will allow you to create more links, such as Yoast SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Also, Google offers the Keyword Tool to create more targeted anchor text. Even though Google uses keywords for all kinds of search queries, it's not the keyword that it's showing up in the search results that shows your text. To fix this error, enter target related keywords, usually, with more than 300 words. Aim for these keywords to show up in Google search results rather than the title of the article.
Make Subscribers Happy
Finally, make sure you've got subscribers to thank. Maybe it seems obvious to you, but you've got to make sure you have a good subscriber count. If you don't know, then check out our guide on Subscribing. Not only are they highly valued subscribers, but you'll get an email after subscribing that contains details about the rest of what you're subscribed to. And remember the number of subscribers matters a lot. In case you haven't heard, Amazon bought eBay for $ 1.2 billion dollars earlier this year. With that purchase, Amazon will lose out on about 100 million additional customers. After owning eBay, Amazon has a chance to gain back its market share once again.
Subscribers will help you keep track of your progress. They'll help you improve your social media accounts so that they can follow your journey on Facebook or Instagram. One of the biggest problems with running a blog nowadays is managing and keeping track of the followers. Now, you don't need to worry about this anymore. Social media platforms will automatically keep track of how many people are following your blog.
To Create An Email List, Send Out Campaigns
In case you don't have a mailing list, you can still make money online. For example, I just created a newsletter called Forbes Presents My Tips. I sent out several tips on starting a blog, building your brand, and growing your audience. In addition to being a creator of content, you also receive newsletters about my life and career. Now, your inboxes get a steady stream of fresh new content, and you make a couple thousand dollars every month without having to pay a dime.
